Fraiser Watts

Fraiser is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in construction procurement, operations and supply chain management. He started his career working in local authority before joining the original AA Home Assistance business to help develop their network and manage commercial relationships with key suppliers.

He transferred to Aon with the business in 1998 and remained within their claims operation until 2002. During that time Fraiser was heavily involved in product development, underwriter relationships and also managed several home emergency with financial services organisations.

In 2003 Fraiser joined B&Q to manage a transformation project within their installation division. Having completed this project, he joined a global distribution business to head up their contracts division. In 2011, he was approached by HomeServe to join their claims team and held overall responsibility for their external supply chain, with a budget in excess of £30m. He joined npa24:7 during its formation in 2014.

In addition to this, Fraiser sat on the government working party to advice on the development of Quality Mark (now re branded Trust Mark). This is a government endorsed programme whereby contractors can register with the scheme to indicate they are vetted and approved.
