Tony Kinch

Tony has over 30 years’ experience working in the financial and insurance sectors. Having spent 12 years selling and promoting for Barclays, in customer service facing roles, he transitioned to helping under performing branches refocus their customer journey. As a result, he increased sales of the bank’s products, along with services to their customer base.

In 2001, Tony joined Aon Home Assistance to help develop and grow new clients in the home emergency market, focusing on the financial services sector and affinity partnerships.

When HomeServe acquired the Aon Home Assistance business in 2005, he was subsequently headhunted by the Managing Director of Domestic and General, where he helped create new strategic products in their Home Emergency Department. Tony has also worked at Towergate specialising in the UK Broker market via the Broker Network division.

After leaving Towergate, he launched two business ventures from start-up, completely outside the Financial Services market. Following this successful span, he re-joined the Home Assistance market at HomeServe in 2013 to develop and implement supply chain projects with Fraiser Watts.

In 2014, Tony became part of the management team and Board of npa24:7. His overall responsibility is developing strategic partnerships with new clients, specifically in the insurance and house builder markets.
